Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, die mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar ist. Es ist einfach, von hier aus Kempten oder Füssen zu erreichen. Das Personal war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer verfügten über einen großen Balkon mit Liegen und Tisch draußen. Die Einrichtung war einfach, aber von guter Qualität. Man konnte keinerlei Geräusche aus dem Restaurant hören, obwohl dort an dem Tag eine große Veranstaltung stattfand. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bett war bequem und vom Zimmer hatte man einen schönen Blick auf den Wald. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit einer großen Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen und Getränken. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr angenehm.
